Direct Individualized Full Colour Print on Objects or Signs

We have the ability to print directly onto objects with a flat surface in full colour and even on single piece basis. In other words, you can bring your own item to be printed onto!

 

Above examples starting from top left:

For the last picture the items are power banks. On 1 side the logo of the gifting Company (Google) is printed. On the other side, each item is personalized with the logo of the receiving company.

Prints were done directly onto the object and is possible to print up to photo quality

Depending on the quality of the original artwork and the material/finishing of the object clarity can be very high. As an example, in the photograph below, we zoom in on the “TM” of the logo which is barely over 1mm wide.

This printing method has the ability to print a white base. In other words, the method can be used to print on clear, transparent or dark surfaces. Printing on clear and transparent surfaces without the white base will produce a see through look.

Mosaic

A mosaic consist of smaller images to form a large image. It may be a compilation of photo snapshots of shared memories, of people in an organisation, of products under a company’s umbrella etc.

Physically this can take the form of posters, banners, wall paper, tiles, murals and a variety of other visual displays. The sample above was printed as A1 (841 x 594 mm) poster and framed.

The left image attempts to show what it might look like from a few meters away, and the right image is a zoomed in view of the red boxed area on the left image. It shows what it looks like up close.

The best cost, image quantity and overall quality balance is at around 100 images as input.  It is best that the input images are varied in general colour and brightness for best overall results.

We generally assume free play to crop the input images in the mosaic creation process.

Custom Printed Poker Cards

Poker Cards can be printed with various options

a) Number of custom images 1 (on back), 15 (on back and on face by card number – eg all ace 1 image)  & 55 (every face different and 1 for back)

b) standard plastic box or a customised box

c) single or small numbers are a mini size playable deck . Large orders can be standard sized.

The poker cards can be played, or you can chose to frame them up as a more unqiue & interesting way to display your photos.

Where your intent is to have them framed up, it is not necessary to order a complete deck if you do not have all the images needed.

Ceremic Tiles

Suggested ways to use:

a) use as a table or counter top – place glass over it as protection for extended use

b) frame and display on wall or desktop

c) backing board and display on wall or desktop

d) directly fix to wall as singular piece, several pieces or as a mural

The tiles have a smooth porcelain finish

A variation of the above ceramic tiles will be embossed printed indoor wall tiles. The key difference is that this variation the printed is “protruding” or “raised” slightly above the ceramic.

Canvas Wrap / Gallery Wrap

Canvas Wrap otherwise known as Gallery Wrap is a modern looking way to frame art printed on fabric material.

From a simple single panel wrap to various arrangements of multi-panel wraps are available.

For the customer interested in simple self installation we can also provide the panels pre-mounted on a backing board.

Installation services are also available on request.

The art/design can be self service or you can engage us to do it for you.

The panels are available in standard and custom sizes.

Can be used as home/office/retail decor, gift, signage.

Acrylic Panel Photo, Sign or Plaque

The panel can be made as various shapes and sizes. They can be used for a wide range of purposes

The example below of the beautiful girl in sunglasses, is table top standing and the one on the right is if mounted on a wall.

Wall mounted version can also be made into multiple panel where the picture can be

a) 1 picture split across multiple panels

b) different pictures on different panels

c) same picture but different variations of it on different panels similar to the Andy Warhol type of artistic works

This item can be used for many different purposes depending on content printed in it, such as award/certificate plaque, indoor sign, interior decoration, gift item etc

Lose fit top (5 sided box) on a slightly larger bottom piece

Other sizes available, the one in picture is approximately 18 x 18 x 22cm with 3 and 5mm thickness panels.

Top Right Photo, 3 sides (front, top & back) are formed by bending the acrylic.

Middle Right photo, 2 sides are joined to the bent piece to form the box cover

Bottom Right photo: Bottom most piece is slightly tapered for looks. A step is formed by joining 1 panel on top on the tapered piece. The clear box will fit over the step so that it does not slip off when the whole box is tilted slightly. It also helps as a simple dust seal.
