This is a single solid piece of metal cut as a odd shape and the grey portion was bend forward and back over the black portion. The numbers are cut right through the metal. The sign is then powder coat painted (extra long life) and the text and logo are cut vynl attached onto the sign. The sign was mounted with screws from inside the bend, so that the sign is sticking out perpendicular to the wall.
